FutureMe Now is an AI-powered personal development platform that creates a simulation of your future self based on your data and goals. The Service includes conversational AI, trajectory mapping, daily micro-corrections, decision simulation, and optional integrations with health and financial data providers.

Important: FutureMe Now does not provide medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • Free tier: Limited conversations and features.
  • Basic (£9.99/mo): Expanded conversations, trajectory map, daily corrections.
  • Premium (£19.99/mo): Unlimited access, voice, decision simulator, integrations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
  • The Service will never recommend specific financial products (FCA compliance).
  • Crisis situations are detected and redirected to appropriate services (e.g., Samaritans: 116 123).

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to extract AI model weights, using the Service for harmful or illegal purposes, or circumventing usage limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureMe Now and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
